Playfina VIP program at high stakes
Deposit A$1,540 in one go and the Playfina VIP program offers a High Roller bonus of up to 50%, which is up to A$770 on that deposit. That is the one VIP number with a price tag attached.
The rest of the program is two layers. The loyalty ladder has 175 levels in seven statuses, shown in the table, and sets your rakeback and cashback rates. The VIP Lounge adds personal service on top. For the rates themselves, see Playfina cashback.
The High Roller offer is written as up to 50%, with no maximum amount and no wagering on the public page. At the full rate it scales like this:
| Single deposit | Bonus at the full 50% | Balance to play |
|---|---|---|
| A$1,540 | A$770 | A$2,310 |
| A$2,000 | A$1,000 | A$3,000 |
| A$3,000 | A$1,500 | A$4,500 |
The words up to matter: the VIP manager sets the actual offer, so ask for the percentage, the cap and the wagering in writing before you send A$1,540.
| Status | Levels | Monthly cashback | Weekly rakeback |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | levels 1–10 | 1%, max A$460 | 1%, max A$310 |
| Silver | levels 11–27 | 2%, max A$640 | 2%, max A$310 |
| Gold | levels 28–50 | 3%, max A$770 | 3%, max A$310 |
| Sapphire | levels 51–90 | 4%, max A$1,275 | 4%, max A$460 |
| Platinum | levels 91–125 | 5%, max A$1,540 | 5%, max A$770 |
| Ruby | levels 126–160 | 7%, max A$4,790 | 7%, max A$1,540 |
| Diamond | levels 161–175 | 10%, max A$15,990 | 10%, max A$7,999 |
Playfina VIP statuses for high stakes
Seven statuses decide the percentages. For a high-volume player, the useful ones are at the top: Ruby, levels 126–160, pays 7%; Diamond, levels 161–175, pays 10%.
The Lounge offers three privileges on top of any status, described below. Playfina does not publish which status, if any, opens the Lounge.
The lower statuses matter for a different reason: they are where everyone starts. Bronze runs to level 10, Silver to 27, Gold to 50, Sapphire to 90 and Platinum to 125, so a new high roller climbs through all of them first.
On the way, each status lifts both rates by one or two points: 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, then 7% on Ruby and 10% on Diamond. The weekly rakeback cap stays at A$310 through Gold and only starts to climb from Sapphire, at A$460, so the early statuses add rate but not headroom.
personal manager by email or WhatsApp
A dedicated VIP manager, reachable by email or WhatsApp, who Playfina says is always available. [email protected] is the address given on the VIP page.
high roller up to 50% from A$1,540
Bonuses tailored to your play, plus up to 50% for deposits of A$1,540 or more. Playfina speaks of minimal wagering on them but prints no figure.
faster payouts for VIP players
Express withdrawals for Lounge members. No processing time is published on the VIP page, and the KYC policy, with document checks of up to 30 working days, applies to VIPs too.
Playfina Diamond and Ruby caps in numbers
At high stakes the caps matter more than the rates. Diamond rakeback is 10% of weekly bets, capped at A$7,999. That cap is reached at A$79,990 of bets in one week. Diamond cashback is 10% of monthly net losses, capped at A$15,990, reached at A$159,900 of losses.
Ruby is the step below: 7%, with caps of A$1,540 a week in rakeback and A$4,790 a month in cashback. The jump from Ruby to Diamond multiplies the weekly rakeback cap by about five.
All of it is bonus money with x40 wagering, a A$8 maximum bet and a 7-day expiry. For a high roller the A$8 cap is the real constraint: clearing a A$7,999 rakeback at x40 means about A$320,000 of bets at A$8 or less, which is 40,000 spins in a week. In practice the biggest credits are hard to clear in time, and that is worth knowing before you chase Diamond.
The official pages even describe the payout in two ways: 50% to the balance at once and 50% the next day on the rakeback and cashback pages, and 50% cash plus 50% bonus in earlier Playfina wording. A high roller should get the current rule from the manager in writing.
- Diamond: 10%, rakeback cap A$7,999 a week, cashback cap A$15,990 a month.
- Ruby: 7%, rakeback cap A$1,540 a week, cashback cap A$4,790 a month.
- Every status: x40 wagering, A$8 maximum bet, 7 days to finish.
Playfina XP and the published levels
By betting. Each level needs a set amount of XP, from 5 for level 1 to 710 for level 10 in the published table. The higher levels are not public, and neither is the rate at which bets turn into XP.
For a high roller that gap is the main unknown. Ruby starts at level 126 and Diamond at 161, and nothing on the public pages says how much play either takes. A VIP manager can tell you where you stand; ask before you plan stakes around a status.
Three loyalty systems run side by side, and only one of them moves your level:
| System | How you earn it | What it pays |
|---|---|---|
| XP and levels | Bets, at a rate Playfina does not publish | Free spins per level, status rates |
| Coins | 1 per A$890 of bets, achievements, quests | Shop cash from A$15 or free spins |
| VIP Lounge | Contact or invitation via [email protected] | Manager, High Roller offer, express withdrawals |
The pokies below are a sample of what the lobby offers. Any slot bet counts towards your level.
The Playfina car prize at level 175
A Lamborghini Huracán on level 175, the end of the ladder. Playfina puts the whole ladder at A$2,471,350 and 4,430 free spins. The conditions of the car prize are not on the public loyalty page, so ask the VIP team for them in writing.
For a high roller the question is practical: is it the car itself, delivered where, and what happens with taxes and transfer? The loyalty FAQ lists questions on restrictions and on the maximum level, without public answers. Until those are in writing, value the ladder by its rakeback and cashback, not by the car. Big stakes also mean big losses: set a deposit limit in the account first.
The Australian side does not change with status. Playfina's licence is from the Tobique Gaming Commission, BetStop does not cover the site, and a dispute with a VIP manager still runs through support, internal escalation and AskGamblers, where each side has 96 hours to reply.
Playfina FAQ
Who gets a Playfina VIP manager?
Lounge members, according to the VIP page. Playfina does not state how players are selected; it invites them to contact [email protected] and promises a manager by email or WhatsApp. Regular players use live chat or [email protected].
What does Diamond status pay?
10% weekly rakeback up to A$7,999 and 10% monthly cashback up to A$15,990, both with x40 wagering. Level 175, the last Diamond level, holds the Lamborghini. Diamond starts at level 161, and Playfina does not publish how much play that takes.
Is the High Roller bonus wagered?
Playfina does not publish its wagering. The VIP page mentions minimal wagering on tailored offers. Ask the manager for the exact terms, including any maximum bonus, before you deposit A$1,540. For comparison, the welcome deposit bonuses carry x35.
Are VIP withdrawals faster at Playfina?
Playfina promises express withdrawals to Lounge members but publishes no time. Verification still comes first and can take up to 30 working days. For large sums, verify before the big deposit, not after the big win, and finish any x40 cashback wagering before you ask for the money.
Is Playfina VIP worth it for small players?
Partly. The first levels give 540 free spins, and Silver, from level 11, doubles the rakeback and cashback rates to 2%. The Lounge, the High Roller bonus and the top caps are built for big deposits.
